Q. How can I pay for my order?

We accept four methods of payment; Credit Card (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover), PAYPAL, Money Order and pay by phone. If you choose to pay by phone we can only process VISA and Mastercard manually. Choose any one of the above options during the check-out process. If you choose the pay-by-phone option you will need to call us with your credit card number and have the following information ready: Name on Card, Card Number, Expiry Date, CVN Number.

Q. What are your shipping rates and services within CANADA

You have your choice of shipping options from Canada Post. Prices for shipping will be shown during the checkout process, as well as the approximate delivery date. Some specialty items like models decals, crests and lapel pins we ship Free.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the Province you live in, if you choose regular "parcel service" it usually can take between 1 and 6 business days. Xpresspost takes about 2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post Small Packets Air and Small Packets Ground DO NOT provide any tracking option.

International shipping options will be listed during the checkout process, we ship to international destinations by Canada Post.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

Some in stock orders can take up to 3 business days to ship, or longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Please note that when an upgraded shipping method is selected, the shipping cost is for the shipping transit time after the order is shipped, and is no guarantee that the order will ship the same day. We strongly recommend that you contact our sales office by email or phone if you would like to place an order for a product that is time critical.

Q. If I'm not home and the order arrives, what happens?

If you are not home, Canada Post will leave a notification in your mailbox instructing you on how to receive your package.

Q. What is AEROWARE / RCAF.com's return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase to us for an exchange, or for a full refund less the shipping charges (if any). If the item is defective, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase to us for a full refund. Software, and videos, unless damaged or corrupted, must be returned in the original packaging. Q. How can I check on the status of my orders?

When your order is processed we will e-mail you a tracking number and link, if available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of an order please contact us at 1-403-615-1825.

Q. When and by Whom Will My Credit Card Be Charged

Your credit card will be charged by AEROWARE / RCAF.com. Your credit card is securely directed to the financial institution that issued the credit card and you will be notified of approval or decline within 5 to 15 seconds. Your credit card number is NOT seen by AEROWARE / RCAF.com nor is it kept on any computer attached to the Internet.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.
